Warning:
Make sure the device is not plugged into the outlet when installing
components and accessories.

Before you start grinding food, install the Throat on the device. Align the
throat with the Extruding Auger support such that it is angled slightly to the
right (when looking forward at the support). Next, attach the throat to the
support and spin counterclockwise until it is fully vertical. Note that, after
doing this, the user will not be able to spin the throat in either direction,
because it will be attached securely to the support. To remove it, press the
"Unlock" button. Adjust the Feeding Pan on top of the Throat

GRINDING
Install the Extruding Auger such that the fitting hole is aligned with the
Extruding Auger support. Next, attach the blade in the correct alignment,
followed by your selected grinding plate and, lastly, the Fixing Ring. Use
Figure 1 as a reference. The Grinding Plate with large holes will produce
coarsely-ground meat. The Grinding Plate with medium-sized hole will
produce normal ground meat. The Grinding Plate with small holes will
produce very finely ground meat. Tighten the Auger Fixing Ring securely,
making sure that all components and accessories are correctly installed. The
grinder is ready for use.

MAKING SAUSAGES
Install the Extruding Auger, the Sausage Stuffer, the Sausage Cone, and
the Auger Fixing Ring. User Figure 1 as a reference. Tighten the Auger
Fixing Ring securely, making sure that all components and accessories are
correctly installed. Attach the casing to the tip of the Sausage Cone. The
grinder is ready for use.

MAKING SCONES AND CROQUETTES
Install the Extruding Auger, the Scone Stuffer, the Scone Cone, and the
Auger Fixing Ring, using Figure 1 as a reference. Tighten the Auger Fixing
Ring securely, making sure that all components and accessories are
correctly installed. The grinder is ready for use.
Note:
When installing components or accessories, make sure the central
and side fittings are well aligned with the Extruding Auger's central and
side fittings, respectively.

Make sure the ON/OFF switch is set to "OFF" (0), and then insert the plug into
the electrical outlet.
3.
To turn on the product and begin the grinding process, set the
Directional Switch to "On" (L) and then set the ON/OFF Switch to "On" (Lig).
NOTE: The product will not work if both switches (Directional and ON/
OFF) are set the same.

When the device starts working, add the pieces of food or the scone/
sausage mix inside the Throat and push them down using the Meat Pusher.
Place a container under the grinder to hold the processed food that will
come out from the Extruder. Finish according to your recipe.

When you have finished processing food, unplug the product from the
outlet. To take apart the Extruding Auger assembly, push the Unlock
button with your left thumb and spin the Extruding Auger assembly
clockwise with your right hand, then pull it out. Proceed to take apart the
remaining accessories and components and clean them.
CLEANING YOUR PREMIUM MEAT GRINDER
•
Turn off the device and then unplug it from the outlet before starting to clean
it.
•
To clean the Device Body, wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth in order
to avoid scratching the surface. Never dunk the Device Body in water or any
other liquid.
•
Never use steel wool, scouring pads or any kind of abrasive cleaners or
materials, as they may damage your device.
•
Do not use solvents or any other chemical while cleaning the interior or
exterior, and be careful not to let moisture penetrate into the device body.
•
Wash all removable parts with water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with
a soft cloth or paper towel. Do not use abrasive sponges, to prevent
damaging the non-stick coating. The stainless-steel blade is very sharp.
Handle it carefully while cleaning.
•
Remove persistent residue with a plastic sponge or brush. Do not use
steel wool or abrasive sponges, which would damage the surfaces of the
components and/or accessories. Dry them thoroughly with a cloth or paper
towel. Do not store accessories or components while they are moist or
damp. This could damage them.
•
Repeat this process every time your grinder goes unused for an extended
period of time.
•
Roll up the cord before storing it to prevent any damage.
•
Store your PREMIUM MEAT GRINDER somewhere flat, dry and safe, out of
the reach of children.
