Guarantee and Service

1. Warranty period: one year from the date of billing (excluding filters).
2. During the warranty period, all faults caused by the quality defects of the product itself can be repaired at local dealer office
by purchase invoice. Do not disassemble the machine by yourself;
otherwise you will be disqualified for the warranty service, and we will not be responsible for any quality problems or
accidents therefrom.
3. Free warranty is not applicable to the following circumstances:
3.1 Damages caused by improper use, maintenance or storage by consumers;
3.2 Damages caused by disassembling the product by maintainers not from authorized distributer or after service group;
3.3 No purchase voucher or non-conformance of purchase voucher to product model;
3.4 Damages caused by force majeure;
3.5 Expiration of the warranty period.
4. For the convenience of product maintenance, please keep the packaging box for more than half a year.
5. For product maintenance other than free maintenance, we will only charge reasonable fees for parts and materials, and the
Company will provide you with high-quality service.
