9. Attaching the fl uorine plate (sold separately)
Firmly fi x to the base with the bolts.

NOTE
● The maximum cutting depth will be 2.5 mm shallower.
● Cutting anything other than wood will remove the
fl uorine, making the base diffi cult to slide.
● The fl uorine coating of the base surface makes it
easier to slide, making the motor susceptible to
pressure. Do not press too hard on the unit.
WARNING
When using the guide, avoid inclined cutting that
will allow the cut material to be caught between
the saw blade and the guide. Doing so may result
in injury.

10. Attaching the dust collection adapter (sold separately)
When connecting with a dust extractor, attach the
dust collection adapter to the chip exhaust. When
connecting to the dust extractor, a hose with an
inside diameter of φ25 mm can be used for the dust
extractor.
Insert the catch of the dust collection adapter to the
front part of the chip exhaust, and fasten the dust
collection adapter with the M4 screw that is included
with the unit.

11. Cutting procedures
CAUTION
● Recheck that the saw blade is securely clamped.
● Confi rm that the lever for adjusting the slot
depth, the wing-nut for adjusting the angle of
inclination.
(1) Place the base on the material, then align the
premarked line and the saw blade with the notch at
the front of the base (Fig. 32).
