Malfunction
The sensors are flashing red
When you approach the WC, the
sensor illumination comes on, but the
flush does not work
When you approach the WC, the
sensor illumination does not come on
and the flush does not work
When you approach the WC, the
sensor illumination does not come on,
but the flush works
The sensor illumination does not go off
when you step away (stays on for
more than 15 minutes)
Incorrect flushes (too soon, too late,
unwanted)
A flush is triggered when you step
back from the WC, without manual
actuation
Water is running continuously into the
WC ceramic appliance
The WC ceramic appliance is not
being flushed out properly
Possible cause
• The WC flush control waits until all
objects (tools, people, curtain, etc.)
are outside of the 1 m measuring
zone in front of the actuator plate.
The teach-in process for the
surrounding area then begins
• Software fault
• Technical fault
• Mains power failure
• Technical fault
• Sensor illumination for user detection
is deactivated
• Sensor illumination for user detection
is activated
• An object is located within the 1 m
measuring zone in front of the
actuator plate
• A new object is located within the
1,5 m detection distance around the
actuator plate
• The actuator plate is dirty or damp
• The actuator plate is scratched
• Automatic flush actuation is
activated
• Software fault
• Technical fault
• The flush volume is set incorrectly
Troubleshooting
Fault clearance
• Keep objects outside of the 1 m
measuring zone
• Interrupt the power supply (mains
fuse) for 10 min
• Call in a skilled person
• Wait until the end of the power failure
• Call in a skilled person
• Activate sensor illumination, see
"Settings"
• Deactivate sensor illumination, see
"Settings"
• Remove objects (tools, people,
curtain, etc.) from the 1 m measuring
zone
• 15 Wait 15 minutes until the
surrounding area has been
reassessed
• Clean or dry the actuator plate, see
"Care"
• Call in a skilled person
• Deactivate the automatic flush, see
"Settings"
• Interrupt the power supply (mains
fuse) for 10 min
• Call in a skilled person
