Solution
Remove old battery
and replace with
new one
Make sure the probe tip
and lens filter are clean.
Be sure thermometer is
properly inserted into a
clean ear canal. Contact
seller if error message
continues after several
consecutive attempts.
Place thermometer in
a room for 30
minutes
with a temperature
range between
10℃ ~ 40℃
(50℉ ~ 104℉)
