Selecting A Temperature Scale

1. Temperature readings are available in the Celsius (℃) or
Fahrenheit (

2. With the unit off, press and hold the On/Off Button and continue
holding until either C or F is present as shown in
Figure 9 (this is the current setting.)
3. To change this setting to a different scale, release the On/Off Button
and wait approximately 7 seconds until Figure 3 is present.
4. Press the On/Off Button once and the unit will turn off.
5.After the unit has shut off, press and hold the On/Off Button
again until the new scale appears.

1. The probe tip is the most delicate part of the thermometer. To
safely clean the tip, remove the probe cover first and gently wipe
its surface with a cotton swab or soft cloth moistened with
rubbing alcohol. Replace the probe cover only after the cleaned
surface has completely dried.
2. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the thermometer display and
exterior.
3. The thermometer is not waterproof. Do not submerge the unit in
water when cleaning.
4. Store thermometer and probe cover in a dry location free from
dust and contamination. Do not place in direct sunlight.
