Problem
The unit does not cool
After replacing the
cooling unit, the
cooling unit indicator
light will illuminate.
Possible cause
No water in the water
tank.
It is outside the cooling
area.
Cool room temperature
or high humidity.
The pump filter is dirty.
The cooling unit has
not been reset.
Suggested solution
Fill the water tank with
water.
Place the appliance at
a maximum distance
of 1.8 metres from the
area to be cooled.
Use the unit at a higher
room temperature or
lower humidity.
Clean the filter.
Press and hold the
Reset button for 5
seconds until the
indicator light starts
flashing.
