01 - CHARACTERISTICS
• Communication by 34 bits Wiegand protocol with Linear HCS cards / 26 bits Wiegand with no Linear HCS cards;
• Works with Linear HCS receivers 34 bits Wiegand standard communication;
• Status signaling by LED and buzzer;
• Splashing water resistant it must not be installed exposed to weather conditions;
• 12VDC x 1A power consumption must be powered by the receiver 12V output or in case of exclusive power source , must have the GNDs unified);
• Standard radio frequency EM 125kHz / Mifare 13.56MHz (according to the model);

02 - IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

• Avoid installing the device in metallic surfaces, compromising the reach gain during cards reading;
• When using the device with a receiver and separated power sources, it is necessary to interconnect the reader GND power source with the receiver
GND power source;
• Avoid pass ing the Linear HCS equipment wiring through the same pipe of electric fences. Also avoid the proximity between the equipment and fence
or its wiring;
• Installing the reader for locks activation, always use the additional components (diode/capacitor) to prevent possible problems with return of electrical
noise in the locks disengagement.
