Warranty
All Fissler products are made from flawless high-quality materials using state-of-the-art processes. The quality of our
products is controlled several times during the manufacturing process. On completion, they are subjected to a
stringent final check using the latest testing methods.
That is why we guarantee all stainless steel parts for 10 years. If you have any complaints, please return the complete
item, together with the till receipt and this guarantee tear-off, to your dealer. Otherwise, pack it carefully and send it
directly to your Fissler Customer Service Department, D-55768 Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Tel. +49 6781-403 556.
Our guarantee performance does not cover damage caused by improper use, for example overheating, discoloration,
scratches, incorrect cleaning or damage caused by being dropped. Purely visual signs of use are also excluded.
Excluded are purely aesthetic signs of use and the discolouration of plastic parts caused by dishwashing.

departments in department stores. Otherwise, you can contact our Customer Service Department.
