Maintenance schedule
Check brake operation
Check tire pressure
Check operator presence and ROS
systems
Check for loose fasteners
Check/replace mower blades
Lubrication table
Check battery level
Clean battery and terminals
Clean the residues from the direction
plate
Check transaxle cooling
Check mower leveling
Check V-belt
Check engine oil level
Change engine oil (with oil filter)
Change engine oil (not oil filter)
Clean air filter
Clean air screen (prefilter)
Inspect muffler/spark arrester
Replace oil filter (if equipped)
Clean engine cooling fins
Replace spark plug
Replace air filter
Replace fuel filter
Notes: (1) - Change more often when operating under a heavy load or in high ambient temperatures.
(2) - Service more often when operating in dirty or dusty conditions.
(3) - Replace blades more often when mowing in sandy soil.
(4) - Not required if equipped with maintenance-free battery.
(5) - Consult the item "CLEANING" in the Maintenance section of this manual.
