To adjust attachment clutch
The electric clutch has been designed to operate
for several years. It is provided with a built-in
brake which stops the pulley within 5 seconds.
Along time, however, it will wear out causing the
mower blades not to engage or stop as desired. In
those cases, adjustment shall be done by TRAPP
nearest service center professionals.
1. Check whether attachment clutch and ignition
switches are in "OFF" position.
2. Adjust the three nylon locknuts until gap
between clutch plate and rotor is 0.3 mm
(0.012") in the three side grooves of the brake
plate.
Note:
After installation of a new electric clutch, run
tractor at full throttle and engage/disengage it
for ten cycles to cause initial wear of plate.
