7 Installing the new AC power controller assembly

• Depending on the version, connect the cables (A) coming from the choke either to the
spring clamp terminals or the screw terminals (torque: 2.5 Nm). Ensure the color
assignment is correct (BK = black, BL = blue).
• Connect the cable of the interior fan (B). Ensure that the connectors snap into place
correctly.
• Connect the black cable of the AC power controller assembly (C) to the CON assembly.
• Connect the fan cable (D) to the new AC power controller assembly. Ensure that the
connectors snap into place correctly.
• Connect the DC link connection cable (E) to the CON assembly. To do so, insert the
conductors into the screw terminals and retighten the screw terminals. Ensure the color
assignment is correct (BK = black, RD = red).
17. Ensure that the cable of the interior fan (B) and the black cable of the AC power controller
assembly (C) are connected.
18. Check the tension of every cable.
