Removing the saw band

Switch the device off at the main motor switch
[10] (position <0>).

Release the clamping lever [19].

Push the saw band
guides [22] back to
the end stop.

Fix the clamping lever once more.
▸
Release the four fastening screws [29] and place
them to one side.
▸
Remove the protective cover.
▸
Turn the hand wheel [6] anticlockwise to release
the saw band.

Carefully remove the saw band from the saw
band guides [22].
▸
Carefully remove the saw band from the rub-
ber-coated rollers.
Installing the saw band

Push the saw band
guides [22] together as
closely as possible.
Attention !
The device is designed for operation in a
clockwise direction.
When installing the saw band, ensure that the

teeth are facing in the correct direction.

Carefully insert the saw band between the saw
band guides [22].
▸
Carefully place the saw band on the rub-
ber-coated rollers.
▸
Turn the hand wheel [6] in a clockwise direction
until the coupling releases.
▸
Attach the protective cover with the four fastening
screws [29].
▸
Allow the saw band to run in briefly.

Switch the device off at the main

and pull the mains plug.

During all maintenance work, wear

your personal protective equipment,
such as protective gloves and protec-
tive glasses.

Each time the device is put into operation, check
the connection cable for damage. Have dam-
aged connection cables replaced by a specialist
technician.

Remove sawdust regularly. Cleaning the cutting
zone and the supporting surface with a suction
device or a brush.
