FOOT SYSTEM (Figure 1)

Build Height:
• Male Pyramid 87mm (3 7/16")
• Adjustable heel height: 0-5cm (0 - 2")
• Weight Limit: 100kg (220lbs)
• 4 interchangeable heel bumpers
• 1 double durometer forefoot bumper
• For low to moderate impact levels
• Sizes: 22 – 28cm
BENCH ALIGNMENT (Figure 2 + 3)
• Adjust to appropriate heel height (using the shoe). Do not exceed the
recommended heel height.
• Introduce appropriate socket angles; flexion/extension and
abduction/adduction.
• Divide the foot cover into 3 equal portions.
• The load line should fall at the junction of the posterior and the
middle third portions as shown in the diagram.
DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT
I Coronal Plane
Check for:
• Relative positioning of socket and foot.
• Contact with ground should be even.
II Sagital Plane
Check for:
• Smoothness of gait.
• Socket to foot position.
• Heel stiffness.
PUSH BUTTON MECHANISM
• Press the black button to unlock the ankle.*
• Adjust the ankle to the appropriate heel height by using body weight
on the toe or heel.
• Pylon or shin section should be perpendicular to the floor when the
foot is in the shoe.
• Sit down when pressing the white button.
• Lift the foot off the ground to reach the button.
• Press the white button to lock the ankle.
*The foot cannot be used in that position for weight bearing
NOTE : Using an extension to the push button can result in an
accidental release.
HEEL AND FOREFOOT BUMPERS (Figure 4)
