Clean the Spray Wands

NOTE: The spray wands can only be extended for cleaning when
the seat is not activated or occupied.
Raise the cover and seat.
Pull out one of the wands and hold for cleaning.
Clean the spray wand with a soft-bristled brush.
Release the wand to allow the wand to retract.
Repeat above steps for the other spray wand.
