Unscrew the suction hose nut
(P150) and check valve barb (P245)
to remove check valve cone (P170),
check valve spring (M072) and
check valve seal (J051).

4. Unscrew lower 5.
Unscrew outer black
sleeve, push white
nut and remove
stem up to remove
black ring.

Insert new white Replace outer
stem into black black sleeve and
sleeve, making black ring; screw
sure black key in on lower nut.
sleeve is aligned
with long groove
in stem.

Replace check valve cone (P170),
check valve seal (J051), and check
valve barb (P245).
Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Remove 4 screws at base of unit and
pull dosing stem down to remove.
2.
Replace old plunger seal (J009)
with new one from kit.
To remove seal easily without
tools, squeeze it on either side to
raise the seal, then slide it over
the groove. Using tools could
damage the plunger.
9.
Replace injection stem into lower
housing and attach 4 screws to base
of lower housing.
10.
Unscrew inlet/outlet adapters (P252).
Remove old black adapter seals
(J534EP) and replace with new ones
from kit. Screw inlet/outlet adapters
(P252) back on.

Don't forget to reset your injection
rate to the proper ratio.
