4. Unscrew locking
nut (P176) and
remove two rings
(P190) and the
dosing sleeve
(P568).

Pull white stem down,
being careful of key
(P180). Remove
and replace top seal
(J053) and stem
o-ring (J054).
6. Making sure nut
(P178) is on,
slide white stem
in and replace
the key (P180).

CAUTION: Parts may contain
STOP
concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.
7. Thread on sleeve
(P568). Reinstall
the two rings
(P190) and locking
nut (P176).
8. Insert new
check valve
assembly
(PJ017), attach
check valve
barb (P185),
and screw on
check valve nut
(P079).
Do not forget to reset the injector
to the proper percentage.
Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Unscrew
upper black nut
(P178) to remove
injection
assembly.
2.
Remove and replace plunger seal
(J015).
3.
Remove check valve assembly
(PJ017).
Using tools could damage the plunger
and affect the injection rate
To remove o-ring easily without tools,
squeeze it on either side to raise the
seal, then slide it over the groove
Insert injection stem assembly into

lower housing, careful not to pinch top
seal (J053).
10. Unscrew inlet/outlet adapters (P252).
Remove old black adapter seals
(J534EP) and replace with new ones
from kit. Screw inlet/outlet adapters
(P252) back on.

We recommend cleaning all parts with warm
soapy water and a toothbrush before
installing the new parts.
Water normally lubricates the parts, but you
may use silicone on the o-ring to facilitate
insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and
cleaned in between maintenance to remove
particles.
