4. Unscrew lower nut (P168) and
remove black ring (P189).

Unscrew outer
black sleeve
(P167), remove
metal collar
(M079), push
white stem
(P214) up.
Replace injec-
tion stem o-ring
(J101). Replace
injection sleeve
o-ring (J024).
6. Insert white stem
(P214) into black
sleeve (P167).
To remove o-ring easily without tools,
squeeze it on either side to raise the
seal, then slide it over the groove

CAUTION: Parts may contain
STOP
concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.
7. Replace
metal collar
(M079) and
screw on
outer black
sleeve
(P167).
Replace black ring (P189) and

screw on lower nut (P168).
Using tools could damage the plunger
and affect the injection rate
We recommend cleaning all parts with
warm soapy water and a toothbrush
before installing the new parts.
Water normally lubricates the parts, but
you may use silicone on the o-ring to
facilitate insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and
cleaned in between maintenance to
remove particles.
Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Remove 4 screws
(M101) at base of
unit and pull dos-
ing stem down to
remove.
2.
Remove old plunger seal (J029)
with new one
from kit.
3.
Unscrew suction
hose nut (P150)
and set aside.
Unscrew check
valve barb
(P245) and
discard along
with check
valve cone
(P170), check
valve spring
(M072), and
check valve seal
(J051).
Place new check

valve seal (J051) into
new check valve barb
(P245), drop in check
valve cone ( P170)
and check valve spring
(M072). Place check
valve barb (P245) in
position and screw on
suction hose nut (P150).
10.
Push injection
stem into lower
housing and
attach 4 screws
(M101) to base.
11.
Unscrew inlet/outlet adapters (P252).
Remove old black adapter seals
(J534EP) and replace with new ones
from kit. Screw inlet/outlet adapters
(P252) back on.

Do not forget to reset the injector
to the proper percentage.
