ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
2. Screw center screw (D) ¼ in. into center hole of mounting bracket (A) and lock into
place with nuts (J). Fasten mounting bracket (A) onto the outlet box (not included) using
two outlet box screws (B). Ensure that all supply circuit wires protrude out of the outlet box.
3. Strip ¾ in. of insulation from wire ends of fixture and of supply circuit wires. Holding
fixture unit (F), attach ground supply circuit wire and ground fixture wire together with wire
nut (C). Never connect ground wire to black or white power supply wires. Twist stripped
wire ends of fixture and supply circuit wires together, black to black (hot) and white to
white (neutral). Twist on wire nuts (C). Tape wire nuts (C) and wires together.
(Alternatively, if there is no ground supply circuit wire, only attach the ground fixture wire
to the mounting plate with the green screw (E)).
4. Place the fixture unit (F) onto the mounting bracket (A) so that the center screw (D)
comes through the hole in the fixture unit (F). Securely mount fixture unit (F) to wall by
screwing decorative nut (K) onto center screw (D).
5. Install light bulb (not included). Use only bulb of the specified type and maximum rated
wattage or less. Place glass shade (H) over fixture unit (F) by aligning the holes in the glass
shade (H) with the fixture screws (G) on each side of the bracket on fixture unit (F). To
secure glass shade (H), screw glass holder nut (I) through the glass shade (H) and into each
side of the bracket on fixture unit (F).
