Open the edge passage on guide H (Fig. 4.3) Lift and lock
the two guide stops A in the top position.
Set the edge thickness on the pre-milling group: (Fig. 4.3)
Loosen the crank handles E, which holds the gluing group in
place. Set the edge thickness to be used on digital counter G,
using knob F. Lock the gluing group in position once again,
using crank handle E. When the edge thickness is set, the pre-
milling unit, intake guide L and applicator roller M are also
set for this edge thickness.
The value displayed on digital counter G (Fig. 4.3) is ex-
pressed in tenths of millimetres. This means that, for a 1
mm edge, the value displayed is 0010.
