Operation
5.1
Safety instructions
DANGER - Risk of injury or crushing
with vehicles, which are not secured
against rolling away.
Vehicles not secured against rolling
away pose a risk, e.g. of being trapped
against a workbench.

Secure the vehicle during the test to
prevent it from rolling away.
¶
Put automatic gearboxes in park
position and manual gearboxes in
neutral, then pull on the handbrake
or block the wheels with vehicle
stop blocks (wedges).

Main Menu
After the TPA 200 has been switched on, several
menu items are available:
Menu item

Check
With this function, the tire pressure
sensors in the tires can be tested.
The test indicates the tire inflation
pressure, battery condition and tire
pressure sensor number (ID).
Prog. Sensors
Using this function universal tire pres-
sure sensors can be programmed.
This function is required, for exam-
ple, if a faulty tire pressure sensor is
replaced by a new universal tire pres-
sure sensor or if changing from winter
to summer tires.
Repair
With this function a retest of the tire
pressure sensors can be carried out
after a repair.
Send All Data
The data, which has been saved by
the TPA 200, can be transferred via
Bluetooth to the "TPA Startcenter"
software.
Settings
This function enables you to activate
all device settings, e.g. menu Lan-
guage, Workflow, Bluetooth. The soft-
ware of the TPA 200 can also be up-
dated via this function.
Off
This function switches off the
TPA 200.

Essential information
Before performing the menu items "Check",
"Prog. Sensors" or "Repair", set the desired
operation sequence in the menu item "Settings
>> General >> Workflow.
Workflow

Depending on the operation sequence select-
ed, different vehicle data is transferred to the
"TPA Startcenter", and the test sequences
change accordingly.
Four operation sequences can be selected:

We recommend this as the standard
setting for workshops, where the
TPA 200 is used frequently.
R A vehicle code is automatically as-
signed at the end of the "Check".
R In the case of the "Repair", a job
order number can be entered after
the vehicle identification.
Registration
In the case of the "Check" or "Repair",
the license number can be entered af-
ter the vehicle identification.
Model Year
We recommend this as the standard
setting for appointed dealer work-
shops, where the TPA 200 is used fre-
quently on the same vehicle makes
and vehicle models.
The model and year of manufacture
are automatically saved at the end of
the "Check" or "Repair".
None
The vehicle must always be identi-
fied. Saved vehicles are not available
for selection.
