The easy-to-use PARI SMARTMASK is made from soft silicone and can be used with
PARI nebulisers to provide efficient inhalation therapy with a mask for adults who
are unable or unwilling to inhale through a mouthpiece.
With the accompanying bend, the inhalation therapy can be carried out in any
comfortable position, even lying down. However, the PARI nebuliser must be held
horizontally.
The PARI SMARTMASK is designed for repeated use (possible change of patient).

Attaching the elastic strap that will keep the mask firmly in place.

Attaching the expiratory valve: Push the expiratory valve down gently until it snaps
into place. Make sure that the outer edge of the valve does not become caught in
the expiratory holes.
Caution: The PARI SMARTMASK must always be treated as an accessory
to PARI nebulisers; accordingly, the instructions for use for these products
must also be followed. In particular, the chapter entitled "Hygienic Re-
use" in the instructions for the respective instrument also applies for the
PARI SMARTMASK. For this procedure, all individual components of the
device (the mask body, bend, the expiratory valve and the elastic strap)
must be disassembled beforehand.
The PARI SMARTMASK elastic strap cannot be disinfected or sterilised.

Le masque confortable PARI SMARTMASK en silicone souple permet d'effectuer
en étant associé aux nébuliseurs PARI un traitement par inhalation efficace avec un
masque pour adultes ne pouvant pas ou ne voulant pas inhaler avec un embout
buccal.
Le coude fourni permet d'effectuer le traitement par inhalation en étant allongé
et confortablement installé. Le nébuliseur PARI doit par contre être maintenu à
l'horizontale.
Le masque PARI SMARTMASK peut être utilisé plusieurs fois (changement de patient
possible).

Fixation de l'élastique qui garantit une tenue sûre du masque.

Fixation de la valve d'expiration : appuyez la valve d'expiration avec précaution bers
le bas jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'enclenche. Veillez à ne pas coincer l'arête extérieure de la
valve dans les orifices d'expiration.
Attention : le masque PARI SMARTMASK doit toujours être considéré
comme accessoire des nébuliseurs PARI dont les notices d'utilisation
correspondantes doivent être respectées. Les indications présentes en
particulier dans le chapitre « Consignes d´hygiène » s'appliquent éga-
lement pour les masques PARI SMARTMASK qui doivent être démontés
à cet effet entièrement (corps du masque, coude, valve d'expiration et
élastique).
L'élastique du masque PARI SMARTMASK ne peut pas être désinfecté ni
être stérilisé.
