1. Attaching the pipette
Ensure that the pipette is firmly in place. Never use force! Es-
pecially with thin pipettes, there is a risk of glass breakage!

Always hold the pipette as close as
possible to the upper end and push it
carefully into the adapter until it is
firmly in place.
Always hold the instrument with the
pipette inserted vertically, tip down.
Immerse pipette tip into the test liq-
uid.
Press the upper pipetting button
slowly and fill the pipette so that the
meniscus lies slightly above the de-
sired marks.
You can aspirate or dispense liquid
with greater precision by pressing
