Causes
Electronic component of the hand-
piece is defective
– Power pack not connected or
defective
– Battery fully charged
Battery empty
Electronic component is defective

Error rectification

Remove and reinsert the battery. If
the error reappears, please contact
your Ivoclar Vivadent partner.
– Check if the power pack is correctly
connected to the charging base or if
the power pack is connected to the
power supply by means of the
power cord.
– The temperature is below 0 °C
(32 °F).
Place the device onto the charging
base and charge for at least 1 hour.
Remove battery.
