3. TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT

Implementation of the C.A 801
I Connect the K thermocouple to input T1.
I Connect the adapter to the digital multimeter, with the red
terminal connected to the + input and the black terminal
connected to the COM input. Select the V ... or mV ...
calibres.
I Choose the measurement units (°C or °F) using the
selector.
Implementation of the C.A 803
I Connect the K thermocouple(s) to input T1 or/and T2.
I Connect the adapter to the digital multimeter, with the red
terminal connected to the + input and the black terminal
connected to the COM input. Select the V ... or mV ...
calibres.
I Use the selector to choose T1 or T2 or T1-T2 (RCD mode).
I Choose the measurement units (°C or °F) using the
pushbutton.
NB: Do not use the V elec (Z = 270 kΩ) input on C.A 5210
and C.A 5220 multimeters.
