The technical plate is placed inside hollow and a duplicate is represented as follow:

2.1 Important warnings

Read carefully this section's instruction which are very important for use, maintenance

and appliance safety. This handbook must be ridden and study in all parts, otherwise it
will be consider as " Improper Use " and a not correct employ of the Lincar equipment.
Take care of this handbook to use it every time it's necessary.

The appliance illustrated in this handbook must be employed only from qualify staff.
•
The appliance must be employed only for a professional cooking: other use would be
•
improper therefore dangerous.
The appliance functioning, create high temperature on some internal and external
•
surfaces, with which user could get in touch so it's necessary the highest attention!
The appliance must function always under surveillance.
•
Never wash the appliance with direct or high pressure jets of water.
•
Shut-off the appliance in case of breakdown or bad functioning; disconnect it from
•
electrical net.
Defective parts must be replaced with original spare parts. Only the Manufacturer of the
•
appliance, either directly or through approved its Service Centres, is authorised to supply
replacement parts and to dismantle and refit components.
Do not obstruct air vents or heat dissipation openings.
