Preparing the Geberit electrofusion machine
ESG 3 for welding
Prerequisite
The electrofusion machine is not connected to the supply voltage.
Geberit electrofusion couplings and Geberit electrofusion
tapes require a different sleeve connection cable from
Geberit electrofusion couplings with integrated thermal
fuse. During the preparation work, you must ensure that the
sleeve connection cable is attached correctly and check
whether you need to replace it.

Loosen the knurled screw on the remote control and pull out
the sleeve connection cable
