Possible Cause
• No A . C . Power
• Fuse blown
• Program error
• Clamp not closed
• Wrong strip width
• Wrong strip length
• Damaged strip
• Damaged strip
• Adhesive on binding surfaces
• Strip jammed in feed bar
• No valid pattern found
on inserted strip
Probable Solution
• Check power cable
• Replace fuse
•Turn power off, then back on
• Press BIND button
• Use correct width strip
• Check if strip matches book length .
If not, try with right length
• Try again with a new strip
• Notify Key Operator
• Clean heater and backup bar surfaces .
• Notify Key Operator
• Turn strip around, or try again with a
new strip
