Assembly
The camshaft may be removed and mounted and the mappings may be
uploaded only by an authorized workshop or a qualified service technician!
NOTE:
To mount the Akrapovic system, see the Power Parts Manual (included with
the Akrapovic system).
To mount the camshaft, see the Repair Manual.
- Remove the air filter (26), filter retainer frame (27) and battery rubber
strap (28) from the original air filter box and mount on the air filter box
(1) (included).
NOTE:
The optionally available air filter 75006115100 can be used.

Final steps
Reassemble the motorcycle in the reverse order.

Check that all cables are properly routed and secured with cable ties. Ensure
that the cable is neither kinked nor pinched.
- Install the air filter box (1).
- Mount the front seat lock (8).
- Route the wiring harness toward the rear.
- Mount the cable cover (18).
- Mount the air filter box lid (20).
- Mount the lower rear panel (21).
- Mount the pin (19).
- Mount the right rear frame.
- Mount the connector (11).
- Mount the passenger footrest unit (12).
- Mount the rear seat lock (8).
- Install the battery.
- Mount the license plate holder (6) and cover (7).
- Mount the left and right handles (5).
- Mount the passenger seat (3) and driver's seat (4).
- Upload the mapping.
