9) If your vehicle has rigid nylon washer lines, follow these instructions to cut the line and attach connectors to form splice.
1) Cut rigid nylon line squarely with knife.
2) Using sandpaper provided, thoroughly sand
¾ and radius end.
3) Clean inside of connector and sanded area with
alcohol wipe.
4) Wear appropriate eye protection. Apply small
amount of adhesive around entire diameter of
nylon line in sanded area. Quickly push rubber
connector (I) over line while rotating slightly
to aid assembly.
put any adhesive inside connector or
allow adhesive to come in contact with skin.
5) Wipe off excess adhesive using a paper towel.
6) Insert barbed fitting. Connect new washer fluid hose.
10) Check all connections and trim all cable ties.

12) If there is a delay in washer system response after depressing the button, inspect all washer fluid lines for restrictions
and proper routing. If problem persists, test function of washer nozzle check valves with hand vacuum pump.
Replace nozzles if check valve is not functioning.
