5.1 Cleaning station BRS-LC
See Fig. 5 Putting into operation on page EN-10
1 Move the torch with the gas nozzle vertically to the tool axis over the BRS-LC (1).
2 Approach the clamping position (2). The cylindrical part of the gas nozzle must have even contact with
the clamping prism. This prevents the torch from being twisted during clamping.
3 Loosen the motor clamping (6).
4 Move the motor and the guide block to the lowest position (7).
5 Put the corresponding distance sleeve (8) onto the milling cutter.
6 Keep the guide block in the lowest position and move the motor with plugged-in distance sleeve up
against the gas nozzle (9).
7 As the BRS-LC is set up in depressurised state, first move the gas nozzle out the clamping position (2)
before removing the distance sleeve.
NOTE
Program also the following during the cleaning process: "Air-blast through cable assembly". The removed
dirt is blown out from the inside. See 4.4 Optional sub-assemblies / accessories on page EN-9
5.2 Injection unit VI
See Fig. 5 Putting into operation on page EN-10
1 Move the torch with the gas nozzle vertically over the injector nozzle position 3 (3) and then
position 4 (4).
Immersion depth for optimum injection: approx. 1mm
The injection process is started when actuating the corresponding 5/2 directional valve.
