Thanks to the second gear and the
associated high revolutions, the
hammer drill is also a full drill. For this
mode, a conventional chuck (11) with
adapter (supplied) is inserted into the
chuck (1).
Hammer drilling in cement
and brickwork without
additional drilling chuck. To do
this, suitable hammer drills (14)
are inserted into the chuck (1).
Chasing in tiles and brickwork.
To do this, suitable chases (13)
are inserted into the chuck (1).
The rotating function of the
machine is deactivated in this
mode.
Setting the working angle. In
this position, a chase fitted in
the chuck can be rotated
manually in order to set a
suitable working angle between
the chase and the machine. As
soon as the selection knob is
rotated to the chase mode ( ),
the set working angle is locked
and then maintained during
operation.
Switching On/Off
The voltage of the power supply must
correspond to the specifications on the
type plate of the machine.
Brief switching (Figure 9)
• Switching on: Press the On/Off
switch (6).
• Switching off: Release the On/Off
switch (6).

Continuous switching (Figure 9)
• Switching on: Press the on/off
switch (6) and then the locking
button (7).
• Switching off: Press the On/Off
switch (6) and release.
Switching rotation right/left
(Figure 11)
• To hammer drill, drill and screw
screws into place: Set the selection
lever (4) to the "Right" position.
• To remove screws: Set the selection
lever to the "Left" position.
CAUTION! The switchover may
only be carried out when the
motor is at a complete standstill!
Information: The design dictates
that the revolutions for left
rotation are reduced. Thus when
using left rotation with increased
revolutions it may lead to increased
spark formation at the motor
collector. This is normal and is not a
product fault.
