Changing the blade set

Attention! The cutting length adjustment lever (B)
must not be locked. It will be unlocked by moving

the locking switch (F) upward (Fig. 3ⓑ).

1. Press the locking lever (J) downwards (Fig. 8ⓐ) and,
at the same time, grip the bottom blade by the shaped

recesses in its sides (M) (Fig. 8ⓑ).
2. When the locking lever is pressed, pull the bottom
blade off the appliance (Fig. 9ⓐ).

3. Push the top blade downwards and remove it
(Fig. 9ⓑ).

4. Place the new top blade on the plastic guide and press
it down (Fig. 10ⓐ), so that the hook (H) of the retainer

spring locates in the blade cutout (Fig. 10ⓑ) and the
guide groove of the top blade (K) clicks into the plastic

guide.
5. Hold the new bottom blade by the shaped recesses
in the sides (M) and insert it into the guide groove (L)

6. Slide the bottom blade forwards until it engages in

Cause: Blade set is dirty or worn out.

not resolve the problem, replace the blade set
