and twist the sticks in the mixture once again. Then press the wooden
sticks into the snap fastener provided.
Preheat the oven* to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake for approx. 25 to
30 minutes (upper and lower heat, middle shelf).
Tip: If necessary, re-adjust the sticks after about 10 minutes of bak-
ing time.
After baking, allow the MonsterPops to cool in the mould for about
10 minutes. Then remove carefully and allow to cool well on a cake
rack. Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.
Tastes best when fresh!
Decorating tip
Beat sieved icing sugar with a little water to make a smooth icing of
coating consistency. Stir in a pinch of food colouring* (according to re-
quired colour and intensity). Using a Deko icing pen* (or a fi ne brush),
outline the contours of the cookies or cover the tops completely.
MonsterPop ice lollies
To make the cool MonsterPop ice lollies you will need:
150 g frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries etc.),
120 g yoghurt, 1 tbsp. good quality honey
Blend the frozen fruit (straight from the freezer) in a blender for about
thirty seconds. Add yoghurt and honey and blend for a further minute
until smooth. Add more honey to taste as required. Fill the moulds to
the brim with the ice mixture. Then push the wooden sticks into the
snap fastener provided.
Put the MonsterPop ice lollies into a freezer and freeze for several
hours.
