STATEMENT OF USE

This product is designed to be used as a module
installed on Desoutter E-LIT pistol screwdrivers,
for installing temporary fasteners.
No other use permitted.
For professional use only.
Tools equipped with module are CE Directives
compliant, exactly as declared in the CE
declaration of each screwdriver.
INSTALLATION
● See page 4.

E-LIT pistol
● Remove the nose ring (part number
6155732170), the torque ring and the
overmoulding of the bit holder from the tool.
● Mount the adapter (part number 6158106950)
as shown on the drawing.
● Tighten the 2 screws as shown on the
drawing.
Caution
● Do not put the screws in front of the
tool LEDs.
● Mount the "Shaft double HEX" in the bit
holder.
● Tighten the E-LIT runner housing as shown on
the drawing.
Caution
● Use the 2 holes on the E-LIT
adaptor for pin spanner

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Maintenance should be performed by qualified
personnel only.
● Prior to any maintenance task:
- disconnect the tool.
Overhaul and preventive maintenance
is recommended at regular intervals
once per year or after maximum 300,000
tightenings depending on which occurs
sooner.
Assembly and disassembly
● Follow standard engineering practices and
refer to figures/exploded view for the mounting
of component subassemblies.
● Prior to putting the equipment back into
service, check that its main settings have not
been modified and that the safety devices
work properly.
Meaning of the pictograms
Left hand thread
When reassembling, apply the
recommended glue
When reassembling, tighten to the
required torque
When reassembling, lubricate with the
required grease or oil.
The use of spare parts other than those
originally supplied by the manufacturer
may result in a drop in performance or
in increased maintenance and level of
vibration and in the full cancellation of the
manufacturer's liability.
