After the pilot spy lighting, turn the knob anticlockwise till Max. Position for high

power.
Turn the knob till bottom on Min. Position for the lower power.

To switch off the main burner and then the pilot light, turn the gas knob to "Spy
•
Position" and then to "0" position till it coincide with the symbol in dashboard.
A safety device break off gas supply in case of accidental light off.

At the end of the working day, switch off the gas check valve upstream of the appliance.
