• Clean it with a damp cloth and
dry it immediately with a soft, dry
cloth.
• After cleaning, make certain that
the connectors and sockets are
completely dry.
• Make certain that the safety valve
works correctly and does not
leak. Replace any worn parts with
original spare parts and have all
work done by an expert.
• Never wash the inside of the
espresso maker with soap: doing
so will alter the coffee's flavour.

• Carefully rinse the filter funnel,
upper body, upper filter plate,
reduction filter, and rubber gasket
under running water. Periodically
clean the inside of the column
with a brush. Every once in a
while, check that the holes in the
upper filter plate are open. If they
are clogged, clean them carefully.
