1. Install the Spout
IMPORTANT! Use care when installing the spout to avoid
scratching the finish.
Remove the spout thread protector and discard it.
Thread the spout into the faucet outlet port.
Back off the spout until it faces straight down.
Tighten the screws.
Confirm that the O-ring is in the notch in the interior of the spout
escutcheon.
Apply plumbers putty or other sealant to the back surface of the
spout escutcheon according to the putty manufacturer's
instructions.
Carefully slide the escutcheon over the spout, and press it firmly
against the wall.
Remove any excess putty or sealant.

2. Install the Handles

Adjust each handle so the lever faces horizontal when closed.
To adjust the handles, remove the handle assembly. Remove and
turn the spline adapter 1/4 turn. Reinstall the spline adapter.
Reposition the handle. If the handle is not horizontal, repeat the
procedure until it is positioned properly.
