DRYING FRUIT
• Carefully wash fruit and dry it completely.
• Cut into pieces or slices, so that they can be correctly positioned in the trays.
• Remove any seeds and cut away the bad parts.
• In the case of fruit with tough skin, boil for about 1-5 minutes, then place in cold water and
dry thoroughly.
• If desired lemon juice can be added to the prepared pieces.

• Wash the vegetables and dry them completely.
• Cut and remove the bad parts.
• Cut into pieces or slices, so that they can be correctly positioned in the trays.
• In the case of vegetables with a tough skin, boil them for about 1-5 minutes, then place them in
cold water and dry thoroughly

• Wash the leaves and dry them completely.

PRESERVATION OF DEHYDRATED FOODS
• Before use, always clean and dry containers to be used for the storage of dry products.
• Use glass containers with airtight lids and place them in a dark, dry place with a temperature
between 5-20 ˚ C.
• During the first week after drying, always check for
humidity within the containers.
If there is the presence of moisture within the container then the products have not been
completely dehydrated.
Caution! Do not put hot or warm products into containers for storage.
STORAGE
• Before storing the product check that all of its parts are dry.
• Wind the mains lead.
• It is recommended that the appliance be stored in a dry place and in a stable position,
preferably using the original packaging. Make sure that the product and its power lead are not
within the reach of children or pets.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Contribute to the protection of the environment!
The product must be disposed of according to local regulations, and delivered to an
authorised collection centre.
