Chainsaw oil
The chainsaw is equipped with an automatic oiling
system.
Top up chainsaw oil with each tank up in order
to guarantee adequate lubrication.
Only use environmentally friendly biodegradable
quality chainsaw oil for lubricating the saw chain and
guide bar.
No old oil:
put into the trash
into the sewage system or the drainpoured
onto the earth
We recommend depositing old oil in a closed container
at the recycling center or customer service unit.
Start-up procedure
Caution!
Before start-up procedure, always conduct visual
inspection. If there are loose or worn out fastening
parts, the device must not be used.
Observe country-specific rulings on operating
hours
Always observe the accompanying operating
instructions from the engine manufacturer
Enclose solidly the rear saw grip with the right hand
and the front grip with the left hand and hold on
Grips don't let go as long as the engine runs
Saw doesn't use with:
Tiredness
Malaise

Starting Engine
Choke positions:
A = cold start
B = Operate
Caution!
Release chain brake before each start!
Cold Start
1.
Set switch (I/1) onto "I".
2.
Pull out CHOKE (I/2) to cold start position.
3.
Press primer (J) 10x in 2 second intervals.
4.
Assume a secure position and place the
chainsaw on the ground in such a way that the
chain bar stands free (K).
5.
Place forward section of right foot into the rear
hand grip (K).
6.
Pull starter rapidly 4 times.
7.
Slide CHOKE completely onto "Run" (I/2).
8.
Pull starter cord out until the engine runs (K).
9.
Allow engine to run warm for approx.
10 seconds. Clasp the grip by hand. Press gas
lever and let loose (L). The engine runs out.
Warm Start
1.
Set switch (I/1) onto "I".
2.
Assume a secure position and place the
chainsaw on the ground in such a way the the
chain bar stands free (K).
3.
Place forward section of right foot into the rear
hand grip (K).
4.
Pull starter cord until the engine runs (K).
Turn off engine
1.
Release gas lever and wait until the engine idles.
2.
Place halt switch onto STOP (I/1).
