NOTE
• New still unused liners have to be shortened to the actual length of the
cable assembly.

1 Lay down the cable assembly (3) straight.
2 Remove gas nozzle (10), contact tip (9), tip adaptor (11) and gas diffuser
(1) from torch neck (2).
3 Unscrew nut (6) from central connector (7).
4 Slide liner (8) through the wire conduit (4) up to the retaining nipple (5).
5 Screw in nut (6) by hand.
6 Cut off the excess length of the liner (8) flush with the torch neck (2) and
pull out the liner (8).
7 Sharpen the spiral guide liner beginning to an angle of approx. 40° and
debur the cutting point.
8 Slide sharpened liner (8) through the wire conduit (4) up to the retaining
nipple (5).
9 Screw in nut (6) and tighten it.
10Screw in gas diffuser (1), tip adaptor (11) and contact tip (9) and attach
gas nozzle (10).
