Checkpoints
1. Visual inspection of:
1.1- HEAD: There are no visible deformations in the vessel fixing pins.
1.2- HEAD: There are no visible cracks.
1.3- BUCKETS: It has no bumps, deformations or wear.
1.4- HEAD FAIRING: It does not have bumps, deformations or wear.
2. Visual inspection of the lid HINGES:
2.1-There are no cracks, they do not move, there are no deformations.
2.2- Check that the door remains closed and cannot be opened during operation.
2.3- Check hinge fastening screws, closures and handles.
3. Internal Inspection:
3.1- Disassemble the side cover.
3.2- Check the resistance between metal points of the enclosure and the grounding (max 100mOhm).
3.3- Visually check the state of the "silent-blocks" and the counterweight.
(Silentblocks: broken, loose, firmly attached, rubber deterioration, counterweight firmly attached).
3.4- Check that the centrifuge is level. Level with the legs, if necessary.
4. Operating tests:
4.1- Start the centrifuge by using the most usual program, or the one with the highest speed.
(With cold compressor activated)
5. Measure and register:
5.1-Supply voltage (V)
5.2- Consumption (A)
5.3- Check that rotation direction is anti-clockwise.
5.4- Put the lid on.
6. Check that there are no vibrations, noises, out of the ordinary.
