c) cooking:
The hot-plate is covered with a high quality anti-adhesive
material which ensures healthy cuisine without adding fat
GB
or oil.
The hot-plate is divided into two zones:
- A flat surface for cooking eggs, thin slices of meat or
fish, vegetables, toast...
- A ridged surface, ideal for barbecues.
Fatty substances are collected in the water tank, your meal
is perfectly healthy (no residual or carbonised fats), your
ingredients retain all their savor.
The hot-plate attains maximum temperature after about one
minute of pre-heating (the ideal temperature for barbecuing).
Place your ingredients on the plate and adjust the
temperature with the gas tap according to your tastes (7).
It is also possible to adjust the speed of cooking according to
where the ingredients are placed on the hot-plate: maximum
in the center, less intense towards the edges.
While in use and still hot, only remove the hotplate with the
help of the removable handle (P) (Fig. 8/a)
d) Turning the hot-plate off
When you have finished with the hot-plate, turn the gas
tap clockwise (-) as far as it will go.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Never use your equipment at a distance of less than
20 cm from a wall or combustible object.
Position the appliance on a stable, horizontal
surface and do not move when in use to avoid
the appearance of large flames resulting from the
combustion of liquid butane rather than vaporised
butane. Should this occur, turn off the control knob,
and re-position the appliance.
When using the Party Grill as a hot-plate: always
ensure that there is water in the reservoir.
Never leave the hot-plate without foodstuffs longer
than one minute (except for the initial pre-heating
period) otherwise the special coating will be
dammaged.
When the hotplate is still warm, handle only with the
removable handle (P).
Caution: some parts may be very hot. Keep young
children away from the appliance.
Wait until the unit is cold before storing it away.
On unstable surfaces (sand, damp ground,...) use
the cover to stabilise the unit (fig. 8/c).
