Operation
Inserting the pressing jaw or adapter jaw
Prerequisites
Pressing tool is switched off.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing by exposed parts
Do not operate the pressing tool without pressing jaws or adapter jaws
Do not hold any parts of your body or other objects in between the pressing jaws or
adapter jaws
Keep your fingers away from the roller range if no pressing jaws or adapter jaws are
inserted
Pressing is only possible if the retaining pin is pushed in until the stop position is
reached.

Remove the retaining pin (see cover page in the front, figure A).

Insert the pressing jaw or adapter jaw in the pressing tool (see cover page in the front,
figure B).

Press the retaining pin in until the stop position is reached (see cover page in the front,
figure C).
Result
The pressing tool is ready for operation.
