Mounting

1. Check that the kit includes all the parts listed on the first page.
2. Check each part in the kit for scratches or any form of damage.
3. Park the vehicle on level ground.
4. Remove the ignition key from the switch and store it in a safe place.
5. Protect any items removed or to be installed from scratches by placing them on
a soft cloth first before putting them on the ground.
6. Use care not to cause any damage to the body of the vehicle during installation
of the accessory.
! CAUTION

If you do not feel technical qualified to install this product on your own,
please consult with your nearest SUZUKI dealer.
1. Allow the engine/exhaust to cool prior to installation.
2. Read these instructions carefully before assembly and examine whether all
parts are enclosed in accordance with the parts list.
3. Before gluing the carbon starter clutch cover, the surface of original starter
clutch cover must be clean, dust-free and free of grease.
4. Apply the glue (3) on the original starter clutch cover as you can see in picture 1.
5. Place the carbon starter clutch cover (1) in correct position as you can see in
picture 2 and 3.
NOTE: Check that the hole in the carbon starter clutch cover is centered with the
starter clutch release cap.
See detail in picture 3.
6. Fix it with tape (A) as you can see in picture 4.
! CAUTION

After gluing the carbon cover, please wait 24 hours until the glue has become dry.
! CAUTION

Pay attention, that the adhesive tape has been removed before the engine gets started.
