4. Remove the ignition key from the switch and store it in a safe place.
5. Protect any items removed or to be installed from scratches by placing
them on a soft cloth first before putting them on the ground.
6. Use care not to cause any damage to the body of the vehicle during
installation of the accessory.

Mounting
If you do not feel technical qualified to install this product on your own, please consult
1. 1. Loosen the screw of balancer with a + driver several turns and pull the handlebar
balancer out of the handlebar.
2. NOTE: Loosen the screw only enough to remove the handlebar balancer.
Otherwise, the handlebar balancer may disassemble and some
components may remain in the handlebar.
2. 3. Remove the original bar ends and the original mounting kit composed of three
washers, two rubbers, one spacer and at the end a nut.
3. 4. Pass the screw M6X100 (3) through the plastic bar end (2) and the stainless bar
end (1).
4. 5. Assembled the OEM kit to the screw as shown in the exploded diagram below.
5. 6. Assemble the balancer kit into the handlebar and tighten the screw (3).
7. NOTE: Pay attention to the recommended torque.
Tightening torque of screw (3): 6Nm.
6. 8. Put a screw cap on screws (3).
Inspection Due to mounted SUZUKI Genuine Accessories the service and maintenance flat
rate might be affected. Dismounting/Mounting of SUZUKI Genuine Accessories is
possibly necessary for service and maintenance.
In case of fall, check all screws and parts. Check also the tightness. If necessary replace screws or
damaged parts.
The holder of the vehicle should always be in possession of the mounting instruction.

