If adjusting the tension knob (see Step 5) does not correct
any tensioning issues you may encounter:

Remove TV/faceplate [01] assembly from wall plate
[02]

Remove TV from faceplate [01]

Use allen key [18] to tighten or loosen faceplate
center screw (S) to proper tension.

Reinstall TV to faceplate [01] (see Step 1-3)

Reinstall TV/faceplate [01] assembly onto wall plate
[02] (see Step 4)
