13. MIXER CLEANING AND SHUTDOWN (see fig.8)
At the end of the work shift turn off the machine by means of
the
ON/OFF switch.
Remove the mixing chamber (ref.1) loosening the relative hooks
(rif.2), together with the shaft (ref.3)

Empty and clean the mixing chamber and mixer with water and
dry both with paper.
Refit the shaft in its seat after ensuring that it is clean (fig.9),
then insert the mixing chamber and hook up correctly.
- The support hooks (ref.2) must remain adequately
tensioned.
At this point, on completion of machine cleaning, turn off the
main switch, disconnect the power plug, close the water
delivery valve, open the auxiliary valve and detach the delivery
hose.
If there is any risk of freezing, open the three valves (ref. 4-5-
6) as shown in fig.10 and drain all water from the circuit.

Before restarting the machine, ensure that all valves are closed
again.
If the machine is not to be used for several days, empty the
hopper completely. To facilitate this operation, disassemble the
gearmotor.

to 0 and the plug is disconnected from the power supply.
14. MAINTENANCE (see fig.1)

Check daily that the water filter (ref.4b) is clean.
Check weekly that the pressure reducer filter (ref.4c) is clean.
Check weekly the condition of the seal between the hopper
and mixing chamber (ref.11)
Check weekly that the mixer shaft (ref. 8) is in good condition
and replace if necessary.
Check weekly that the electric motors are free of dust and dirt
and if necessary clean using compressed air.
Check weekly that the plug and socket contacts are clean, dry
