The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.

Reset the cleaning robot.
Please contact KÄRCHER Service if the fault occurs
again after a reset.
● Tank empty.
Place the cleaning robot in the station; the filling process
starts automatically. If necessary, fill the tank of the station
with KÄRCHER RM 506 detergent.
● The cleaning robot is stuck or too close to the frame.
Loosen the cleaning robot or place it on the glass surface
again.
● Vacuum too low.
Immediately remove the cleaning robot from the glass
surface. Clean the suction cups and main seal before re-
attaching.
Check the main seal for correct seat in the mount, if nec-
essary, press into the mount.

again.
● Drive wheels do not grip or are blocked.
● Cleaning brush is blocked.
Do not use cleaning robot on wet, oily or greasy glass sur-
faces. Clean drive wheels and cleaning brush. Remove
threads and long hairs blocking the drive wheels. Before
reapplication, clean and dry the main seal and suction
cups.
