never immerse the machine, either as a whole or in part, in water or any liquid.
never put the machine or its accessories in a dishwasher. The machine must necessarily
be descaled every 6 months, for daily consumption of 2 to 4 coffees. The machine
guarantee does not cover damage caused by limescale. please refer- to the chapter
"Descaling".

This machine meets ce standards. any repairs must be undertaken by an approved
technical support centre.
Water
Fill your reservoir with fresh water each time you use it (daily).
Highly mineralised water (bottles) are not recommended.
MaKiNG a coFFee
This machine only works with 1,2,3Spresso
- Rinse the reservoir with tap water, fill it and replace it.
- Rinse before first use: do not insert a dose. Place the cup beneath the spout.
- Press the "long coffee" button. The cycle will begin after 15 seconds. At the end
of each cycle, empty your cup and the dose tank. Repeat the operation 4 times.
Your Ek'Oh machine is now ready for you to prepare some excellent espresso.
– Check that the water reservoir has actually been filled.
– Check that the dose tank is empty.
– Switch the machine on by pressing the switch (position 1) located on the left side,
on the back of the machine.
– The machine' s power light will flash briefly on startup, and will then go out after
this phase: your machine is now ready for use.
– Remove the packaging of a dose of 1,2,3Spresso
place.
– Place the cup beneath the spout, with or without the cup support, and with or
without the removable basin, depending on the size of your cup.
– Press the "short coffee" or "long coffee" button; the selected button will light up.
– Your coffee preparation will begin (the startup time for the first coffee will be about
12 seconds); the cup will be filled according to the length programmed.
– If you want to stop preparing your coffee, press the illuminated button.
– Preparation will end, and the dose will be ejected automatically to the dose tank.
– The machine will automatically prepare itself for the next use.
IMPORTANT: the dose tank must be emptied regularly, at least every
10 doses.
